Regular but mild exercise is needed. You can ask your physician with a list of best activities that would make giving birth much easier for you. Most of them will recommend hiking and will surely ask for ultrasound result so they will see what you can and can not do.

If you have been drinking or smoking before, it is a very important need to cut off those vices. It has harmful side effects during pregnancy. It can even cause the death of your unborn child or, it may give your child a lifelong illness that you will surely regret.

Caffeine also have a bad side effect. Though it is not as bad as liquors and smoking, you still have to lessen the cups of coffee you take in a day. If you really can not help but drink, make sure that there is more milk that the powdered coffee. You have to expect a lot during this time. Take proper rest and expect your weight to speed up. Those are normal things. Everything will all be worth it the time you give birth.
